I was orginally in a group practice and I really never felt comfortable in this  setting. I wanted to offer patients a more personal and hands on approach. Therefore, I decided to open a solo practice. I pride myself on personally seeing every patient that has a scheduled appointment. I vowed not to have an automated phone system. Therefore all questions, concerns and appointments are handled by a caring member of my staff or myself. Additionally, I contact all patients personally after their surgery.
